Housed in a reclaimed 150-year-old Swedish church with a casual elegance that focuses on superior service and locally-sourced ingredients

That is what Towneship is all about.

Chef Chandra Gouldrup has made a name for herself in the New England culinary scene with her wildly popular brunch hotspot, The Farmer’s Daughter. Since debuting exclusive dinners in the quaint eatery on weekend nights as “TFD After Dark,” the interest and craving for her next food adventure began to grow.

Chandra believes in staying true to her core beliefs of “Fresh. Real. Local.” Food, served memorably and flawlessly in an immaculate and unique atmosphere for the ultimate guest experience. Following that path, Towneship is the next natural step in Chef Chandra’s evolution as one of the region’s premier culinary talents. Chef Rick Gallego (Tastings Wine Bar and Bistro), originally chosen by Chandra to shepherd The Farmer’s Daughter, is now Towneship’s newest addition. Under Chandra’s leadership and meticulous attention to detail in every dish and in every guest experience, Towneship is perched to redefine the dining experience.

Housed in a gorgeous, reclaimed 150-year-old church and located just a few doors down from The Farmer’s Daughter on Main Street in downtown North Easton, Towneship has a casual elegance that focuses on superior service and the highest quality locally-sourced ingredients for our carefully curated menu of classic New England dishes, with a creative edge.

With its original cathedral ceilings, mezzanine-seating overlooking the main dining room, cozy fireside tables, two hand-crafted bars, grand copper chef’s table, exposed kitchen and spacious el fresco dining, Towneship has a variety of spaces for any guest occasion.

Fervent attention to detail was pivotal to the design of Towneship, as we wanted to maintain as much of the original structure and its turn-of-the-century charm as possible. The exposed beams and brick are original and much of the wood throughout the restaurant was reclaimed from the church itself, as well as other historic buildings around downtown Easton.

With so much history here, and so much dedication going into every dish, we are excited to be building our own new legacy with Towneship…
